The See Do Instruction Manual

Open and enter. Peel back the petals and learn. It is so simple to touch the truths the world presents. But even the greatest scholar will accept this lesson: there is a proper order to things.

I see many are reading the story of See Do. Thank you and I hope you find something here to help you on your journey.

Since the manuscript is currently in blog form, it may be tempting to read what appears and then scroll down to the previous entry. Unfortunately, that would mean reading it in reverse order. It would be something like teaching a beginning math pupil, but starting with calculus. I hope you’ll agree that’s not really the best way to go.

So please, for the best experience, I hope you will start at Chapter One and read the chapters in numbered order.

To make your experience more productive and helpful, here is how the story is arranged:

How I met and came to know See Do: Chapters 1 – 7:

These first chapters tell the story of how it all started and how I came to slowly understand and deal with this new spirit presence in my life.

The early See Do sessions or dialogs: Chapters 8 – 41:

This is where the real teaching began and grew. An important and favorite sub-section here is Understanding Big Tragedies: Chapter: 34 – 39. It is followed by two chapters on True Being.

The Meditation on Mundane Reality: Chapters 42 – 53:

These chapters outline the learning that See Do sent me off to discover on my own. If you think that See Do’s ideas present a reality that is too complex and interconnected, you should read these chapters on how complex our modern science considers reality to be. I think See Do Reality may be simpler.

The explanation of See Do Reality: Chapters 54 – 72:

These chapters are the advanced teachings. It took me years to sort these chapters out and they present reality as See Do taught it to me. They may seem “a bit much” and quite implausible if not taken in order and without the context and understanding from the earlier chapters. Be patient. And please try and be open to these ideas. Like I said, it took me years to digest it.

The closing message: Chapter 73:

My final thoughts on the journey.

The SeeDoSpeaks Instruction Manual: Chapter 74:

I apologize for not outlining the work sooner.

Please enjoy the teachings of my Spirit Guide, See Do. And as always, I would love to hear from you.

Thank You.

Perfection does not always appear in perfect form to the eye. An aging white bud sits ready to unfold. What beauty waits folded in its soul? What beauty waits folded in yours? Your now awaits. It is time to bloom.

After 72 chapters reliving, reviewing and integrating the teachings of my Spirit Guide, See Do, I have come full circle.

Four-and-a-half years ago, I leaned back and began a journey. I was under enormous stress and was looking for a clearer head and a little relief. The reflexology treatment created a deeply relaxed yet energized state in me. And S’s guided visualization sent my mind and spirit right to the edge of my here and now.

In this new, at once charged and serene state, my internal turmoil was discharged completely and I came into harmony with a resonance that flowed up through the soul-spirit fabric, reaching my conscious-self as a seemingly human and independent presence, a being, a spirit, who introduced himself as my Spirit Guide, See Do.

My emotional walls crumbled. Tears flowed as I began the conversation with See Do and my whole spirit felt amazement and awe.

One night not long ago, in early January of this year, after completing Chapter 72, which I thought would be the final chapter, I awoke abruptly around three a.m. in a very similar state. My face was wet and my mind was racing, grappling with a new idea, a new realization. But it didn’t feel like I had had fresh contact with See Do. There was no conversation or lesson. There was just a single idea coalescing in front of me.

At that moment, it all became clear. Everything was now integrated into one. And integrated into me.

The unasked questions were answered. See Do came from deep in me. His apparent presence was my conscious mind’s only way to integrate the resonances of the spirit-fabric that I had come into alignment with. Here was a glimpse of the one thing. Not so different from the glimpses we get everyday with every spirit we encounter. But here, with See Do, it was stripped bare of the artifice of a conscious-self and completely open to contact with the conscious me. And he told me what I now needed to know. He told me that I needed to write. And then he told me much, much more. Almost all of which is contained in the chapters of this blog.

Here was an understanding of the fully integrated universe pouring through us, creating a perfect reflection of our inner beings and spirits. Spirits that are in turn all instantly realized states of the same spirit energy – there is only one thing.

Everything See Do “said” to me was now integrated into one idea, a singular realization, that contained all the infinite complexities of our temporal reality. All of Time and Space. I could feel the light of it within me. I could see its power in this moment. I could see that it, in fact, was this moment. I could see the effect of my conscious-self diffusing and distorting the light. I could also understand the final light that draws us at the end of life.

I could sense the silhouetted figure of See Do moving toward that light, bidding me goodbye, or hello, as he stepped back into a state of full integration with everything that is inside of my conscious-spirit-self.

It would now be for me to see and to do. To understand the teachings, to see the light flowing through me. To work to keep it a light of positive and loving color. To understand that the world I face is all my inner spirit-soul-self reflection. To calm my conscious-self. To love. To reach out to my spirit-soul-self , in my own way, to understand, to commune, and to work to make a better world in the here and now. After all, it is all we’ll ever have.

And there is work to do.

               Thank you.

I leave you with a poem I recently found that helps me see how others certainly have heard the same messages, and told similar stories. The poem is “That Lives In Us” by Rumi, translated by Daniel Ladinsky:

If you put your hands on this oar with me,

they will never harm another, and they will come to find

they hold everything you want.

If you put your hands on this oar with me, they would no longer

lift anything to your

mouth that might wound your precious land –

that sacred earth that is

your body.

If you put your soul against this oar with me,

the power that made the universe will enter your sinew

from a source not outside your limbs, but from a holy realm

that lives in us.

Exuberant is existence, time a husk.

When the moment cracks open, ecstacy leaps out and devours space;

love goes mad with the blessings, like my words give.

Why lay yourself on the torturer’s rack of the past and future?

The mind that tries to shape tomorrow beyond its capacities

will find no rest.

Be kind to yourself, dear – to our innocent follies.

Forget any sounds or touch you knew that did not help you dance.

You will come to see that all evolves us.

If you put your heart against the earth with me, in serving

every creature, our Beloved will enter you from our sacred realm

and we will be, we will be

so happy.

Every living thing is mortal. What happens when our own flesh-and-blood biological entity that supports our here-and-now consciousness ceases to function? See Do's answer may amaze you. And I'm coming to see that it all makes perfect sense.

I saved this for near the end. It is a question that has haunted mankind since that first sentient being reached the realization that as we exist in the here and now we are all mortal. So what about death? What happens to us? Is there an afterlife? Where do we go?

My Spirit Guide, See Do, explained to me that when our flesh and blood existence ends, when the biological entity that supports our conscious-self-perceptual-engine ceases to function and we can no longer perceive nor integrate perceptions into a temporal reality construct, our resonant self dissipates throughout the soul-fabric of the one thing.

The resonance of ideas, beliefs, understanding, emotion, morality, character, memory, desire and dreams that make up our inner identity and self – combined with all that resonates from deep inside our soul-spirit being dissolves and disperses across the myriad soul-points out across the soul-fabric of the one thing.

These resonant energies will find sympathetic harmonies with spirits that share similar resonance. You may be able to “feel” the presence around you of one who has passed away. And your feeling may be correct. Their energies may, in fact, find harmony with your energies, and in a sense, they will be there.

Many of the ideas of reincarnation can be reconciled in this way. You may feel strongly that you have lived a past life. You may even do a past-life regression(as I have) and be able to see details of another existence. This is possible, if you can align your energies with the resonance of energies of a “departed,” or dispersed, soul. The information of their entire existence is there, spread throughout the one thing. And remember, it isn’t far. The one thing and the soul-fabric have no size, as they exist outside Space and Time.

So with work, all soul energies are there and to a lesser or greater extent available. And that includes all past, future and present energies.

Ghosts may appear to some. If your energies are particularly confused or stressed and you come into resonance with other such soul resonance, you may be able to feel these spirits. It can be troubling. An image may even manifest in your conscious perception if you are so aligned. Or they may contact you.

So what of the limits of the spirit across lives, even across Time? All spirit energies are one. There is only one thing. From a reincarnation perspective, there is resonance of all of us in all of us. You can align with some of every spirit, living and dead. I guess it would even be a fair interpretation to say you have “been” all souls, as the resonance is as available to your spirit as if you had. From a functional perspective, there would be no difference.

Can your spirit’s essence return to temporal reality, as in a new soul? Again, if the alignment is complete, there would be no discernible difference. Resonance is resonance. And it is all occurring and ringing through the one spirit-fabric. Right now.

But to truly experience the presence of these energies to the point of actually remembering a whole past life would require reaching an alignment of such fidelity that one’s own here and now identity could be compromised. The biological framework of your perceiving conscious-self is not really equipped for doing this with any success.

What about life after death? And what about Heaven and Hell?

As a dispersed spirit, our energies can move through the whole of imagined or painted existence. Our spirit will be free to inhabit all of temporal reality, across all perceived Time and Space. And all at once. Will this be Heaven or Hell? Will our ultimate uniting oneness be joyous or painful? Where will our resonant energies take us? Where will we find ourselves?

               We’ll just have to see.

§ February 24th, 2010 § Filed under Chapter 71: Beyond Our Reality: Nothing § Tagged , , § No Comments

So what lies beyond, out over the horizon of this reality? Is there another reality? According to See Do, no. There is nothing -- nothing that we could perceive or comprehend. No Time. No Space. No nothing. And there is no void either. This reality is what we've got to work with. And there is work to do.

We’ve heard my Spirit Guide, See Do’s, explanations of so many things. We’ve seen how we can contemplate reality in all of its myriad complexities. We’ve seen how we can expand our mind to try and conceptualize the non-dual nature of all of reality. We’ve seen how we can unfetter our conscious-self of so many self-imposed limitations to embrace a real and intimate contact with our inner spiritual existence. We’ve seen how we can unite with our soul-spirit to express deeper truths and passions. We’ve seen how we can move the reality we paint before us.

But what lies behind this perceptual web we weave? What lies behind our now?

I asked See Do and the answer was: nothing. There is nothing there that we could perceive or understand.

He brought me far – up from being conceptually locked into the flow of Time – up to see the illusion of our temporal reality – to being able to conceptualize the one thing – up to the idea of True Being and the purpose of life. But at the idea of moving beyond, he stopped. He said that our existence within the reality he has described makes it impossible for us to even conceive of what may lie beyond.

From our frame of understanding it is simply nothing. And it’s not blank empty space, not void. Remember, there is no Time, no Space. These ideas are illusions of our temporal perceptions.

There is no “outside” or “beyond.” There is no “behind” either. There is no “bigger” or “smaller.”

Left without the concepts of Space and Time, our minds can find no quarter. I don’t know if there is some still greater truth in the “nothing” answer that I can’t yet unravel, or if See Do could not yet find a way to explain it in a way that I could handle. Remember how hard I worked to try and understand even the barest terrestrial complexities of our temporal-reality-based science. And he always reminded me that this was the simple stuff.

Nothing. I’ll definitely work on that some more.

So where did See Do come from? Nothing? Does he have an “existence” in another realm? These are questions I haven’t yet been able to ask.

Thanks for coming this far. There is one more topic. You may want to come back.

Prepare for the burst. As you reach your state of True Being you will feel a burst of creative energy. Your glow will shine back from all around you. You may be surprised at what good and beautiful things appear before you. I'll bet you didn't know you had it in you. But look there; you do.

My Spirit Guide, See Do, explained to me the ultimate power behind our small tool. Early on, in Chapter 20, he explained that the purpose of life is “to work with a small tool to build a great castle.” The small tool is our spirit-conscious-self connection. The great castle is a co-perceived, living world of harmony and justice.

And we will get there by painting. And sculpting. Creating our world. You see, that’s what we are doing anyway and all the time. As we live, or perceive our living, along this continuous arrow of Time, we are all, each and every one of us, painting or creating the temporal reality we are experiencing.

It flows out of our being and onto the vast canvas of our integrated perceptions. And we are all and each of us – the artist.

There is only one thing. There is only one spirit fabric. All of us are connected. And an energy of great truth runs through us, just behind our individual conscious-self. Our inner self, our inner being, needs only to connect with our individual point on the spirit fabric that is our soul. Once we can dispense with all the negative self-ideas, the false limitations, the untruths, the prejudices, the painful self-guilt and admonitions, we can reach out and make the connection that is waiting within each of us.

We can see our own inner truth. We can find our ideals and passions and reach across the divide and fully embrace them within our conscious-self. We can integrate the conscious-self with the spirit-soul. We can live in the glow of our inner spiritual truth and passion. We can live in True Being.

Then we can paint.

With the glow of True Being we can see our glow move out into the world. Others will feel it and respond. The world can seem to come to you. As the self-soul integrated artist painting your world, you can feel like you are right at the edge of creation, at the edge of now, feeling it come into being off the tip of your brush.

You may want to laugh in response to the new beauty you are coming to appreciate. The world will seem new. Every stimulus will be fresh and new and speaking to you. And speaking truth. What better response than laughter?

But this is just the beginning.

Now you will want to ask for a specific gift or presence or action within your world. From your immediate now, living in True Being, there is no reason to be afraid. Ask your spirit, your soul, the whole spirit fabric, the one thing. Ask for what you most desire in truth. Ask from within True Being, from within the truth of your spirit. Call it in.

You will be surprised at the answer. If you have found True Being, it will come.

Here is the true power of the artist to create a thing of beauty, a thing of “more than ordinary significance.” Here is the power of True Being. Here is the ability to affect events. To see a better world unfold to your deepest desires.

Your soul, in alignment with your conscious-self, has the ability to do many things, great and small. Here is the small tool. And with it, you can begin to build the great castle.

You are the artist. You have the full palette and creative energy inside you to create great things. The world is waiting for you to bring it forward.

You have the truth within you. Paint it on the world.

§ February 17th, 2010 § Filed under Chapter 69: Reality As Art § Tagged , , § No Comments

Reality is art. Everywhere there is something beautiful. Begin to see the beauty all around. Slow down. Change your perspective. Your world is speaking to you. Please be an appreciative audience.

What is art? I didn’t ask See Do this. Perhaps I should have.

Wikipedia’s article begins with “Art is the process or product of deliberately arranging elements in a way that appeals to the senses or the emotions.” I might add “–and to the spirit.”

begins with “1. the quality, production, expression, or realm, according to aesthetic principles, of what is beautiful, appealing, or of more than ordinary significance.”

I think you see where this is going. We are each painting or creating this right now, complete with a sense of uniform time passage and panoply of perfectly integrated memories. It is driven from within each of us by our spirit energy. This energy flows out of us through the resonant energies of the conscious-self to form reflected stimuli that flow back through our perceptual keyhole to be re-integrated into a cohesive view that becomes our immediate temporal reality.

But it is impossible to deny, there is something inside us, inside every one of us – even the least spiritually connected – that wants it to be good. There is something that wants it to be in tune with a (perhaps a very personal) idea of what is appealing, attractive, even beautiful. We wish for it and respond positively when we find it.

Inside each of us is our spirit-truth. This truth, this essence, is the force which strives to paint the world in a fuller glory. Between palette and canvas is your conscious-self. And it is a two-way street. As your inner energies flow out, they are refracted through the lens of your conscious-self’s resonant energy. There may be many internal obstacles, pre-conceived notions, wrong-headed ideas, self-limitations and unforgiven self-admonitions that bend the inner truth into a less than beautiful vision of now.

And as you receive the reflected stimuli back into your conscious world view, there may be many miss-applied interpretations, prejudices and stereotyped and pre-packaged bad definitions that create an interpretation of reality that takes it even further from beautiful.

The spirit of truth inside you wants to paint a world that is beautiful. It throws out its infinite energies for you to perceive. All around you is an infinite display of your own soul’s doing. No matter your outlook, the spirit will find a way to slip in some beauty for you.

Look at the world. There is something beautiful to see, to smell, to taste, to touch, to hear. You may have to look for it. You may have to change your style of looking. You will need to dispense with all automatic negative judgement and prejudice.

You will need to begin again, like a child, to see the world as an infinitely unfolding work of art. What did it say? “…a quality…of expression…that is of more than ordinary significance.”

Look at the world you are in. Look at your right now. And know that this moment is of much more than ordinary significance. And this moment. And this.

The reality you are in is an expression of truth and it is trying to speak to you. It is built on a framework of spiritual beauty. It carries a message from within your spirit. Try and see it. Try and hear it. This vast work of art is for you alone. This perspective you enjoy belongs to no one else. No one sees exactly what you see. This unique set of perceptual stimuli are for you. They form a special, significant message addressed to you alone.

By any definition, it is art. You now must try and learn to appreciate its beauty, its message, its implication.

Take a step closer to understanding your own truth, your own passion. Your canvas awaits.

§ February 13th, 2010 § Filed under Chapter 68: Our Co-Perceived Now § Tagged , , , § No Comments

No one would compare the effect of looking at a photo to viewing the same scene while part of a focused crowd of thousands, would they? Funny how that is.

You and I can sit in a room and we will completely agree on what we are seeing or perceiving. From the See Do perspective of the individually and instantaneously projected-perceived temporal reality, how is this possible? I won’t give you the answer I got, which was to start at the beginning – “Time does not exist.” I’ll cut to the chase.

Multiple souls co-create the same apparent reality because they are sharing the same resonant energies. This reflects the closeness of their resonant connection. It is another chicken-and-egg conundrum, I’m afraid.

Multiple people in the same apparent Space and Time perceive exactly the same reality because their spirit energies are very closely intermingled. It’s sort of why they have come to be sharing the same Space.

It is tempting to start again. Time does not exist. Our perceptions intermingle and seamlessly integrate into one cohesive view of a now. It happens constantly. As multiple beings perceive the same moment they perfectly share the outward resonances. If one spirit attempted to project something different, it would not be part of “this” moment. It wouldn’t interrupt the fabric of the co-perceived reality. It simple would not be part of “this” moment. It wouldn’t exist “here.”

Try and notice how when you are with numerous other people, there is a slightly greater richness to your perceptions than if you were in the same space alone. This is the cross-talk of perceptions and resonant energies of the singular soul-spirit fabric I mentioned earlier. Notice how this sense is further heightened when everyone present is focusing their attention on the same thing. Think about a sporting event, perhaps a hockey game, and how contagious the energy is.

We are social creatures. We respond to being in the presence of other people. At the heart of this innate response is the sharing of our resonant energies and the co-viewing of the moment that is happening at the spirit-fabric level. It feels good to share.

It also feels good to share experiences, to reminisce, to kibitz. We draw everything from our resonant energies. We project a world that reflects everything within us. It integrates smoothly with memory, knowledge and our perceived flow of Time. Co-creating the experience with another enlivens our experience, both at the temporal-conscious level and at the deeper spiritual level.

But this world we create can also present challenges that are likewise drawn from inner resonance and from the inner resonance of those around us. Herein lies perhaps the greatest puzzle: why are we given to this exact moment? What is the lesson behind life’s great challenges? Why are we given to experience some of this world’s pain? To see innocent suffering?

The energies around us are complex and ever-moving. The light of our individual spirit is but one small lamp shining through a vast haze of existence. If we are not in touch with our own spiritual truth, how can we expect our glow to penetrate the fog?

There are many other energies around us. If we are out of touch with our own, we are prey to random resonance of spirit energies stronger and more focused than ours. We can feel and reflect resonance that moves through us from sources not entirely of our making. The world can appear random.

But if we align our being and begin to spread our glow and draw co-resonant souls to the same positive light, we can then begin to shine with a light that can spread far. We can come to see a world that is in harmony with our being. Our energies can have a positive effect.

           They must.

It starts inside your individual spirit. Make the connection. Touch the singular fabric you are already part of. Spread a positive light.

We exist here in this same apparent reality for a reason. To find each other. To form the connections. To spread our light.

            Start within.

§ February 10th, 2010 § Filed under Chapter 67: The Sea of Souls § Tagged , , , § No Comments

We are all much more closely connected than our conscious-being-ego would like us to believe. We have all felt small examples of knowing this. We’ve known someone would call and they do. We feel a person’s presence before they appear. We know when we are being viewed from behind. These are parlor tricks compared to what is really happening.

I’ve talked about how the world we perceive is one with the resonance of our inner conscious-spirit being. And I apologize for not having developed a standard nomenclature for all of these concepts. My Spirit Guide, See Do, used only the simplest of language. And he used very few formal terms.

It is my understanding that See Do’s teachings do not represent some kind of new formal belief system, but on the contrary, can accommodate almost any existing belief constructs. He was not trying to upset any apple carts. He was answering questions and clearing a path to a sense of True Being.

We are all part of one co-existing, interacting fabric of soul-spirits. Our singular point of creation-perception is not disconnected from this fabric. That is not a possibility. There is only one thing. Through each of us this one thing interacts with our soul-spirit and conscious self to paint or create the temporal reality that we perceive as our right now.

As we move through our perception, we interact with other souls projecting their own resonant views of the present. This apparently seamless intermingling can occur because the souls share the resonances that co-create this integrated view of reality.

We are all much more closely connected than our conscious-being-ego would like us to believe. We have all felt small examples of knowing this. We’ve known someone would call and they do. We feel a person’s presence before they appear. We sometimes know when we are being viewed from behind. These are parlor tricks compared to what is really happening.

Our spirits are deeply connected. Some of us are more closely and intimately “connected” than others. We share a wealth of resonance that puts us “here” in the same apparent Space and Time. The instantaneous spiritual attractions or affinities we may feel for each other are some of the more attuned spiritual resonance being picked up by our conscious being.

It is important to see how these projected-perceived realities intermingle in order to better see how our “glow” of True Being can begin to transform the world around us. The strength of a person in True Being draws the sympathetic attention of the soul-spirits they encounter. This positive energy moves through all the spirits encountered. The result is a sense of instant communication and openness.

The spirit in us will respond to the energy of a person in true internal, spirit-conscious harmony. The resonance of one in True Being moves through all who are sharing the perception of the moment. The more sensitive we become to our spirit’s energies, the more we will be able to feel these resonant energies moving around us.

As you move through a world of many beings, try to perceive more than what you see through your keyhole perceptions; try to be sensitive to the energies that your soul-spirit is seeing. And try to project your own positive energies, and your own positive vision. The world will respond.

This is where we start to actively create or “call in” the world in front of us. Clear away the obstacles. Find your inner connection to your spirit’s truths.

You may find you can unite with something much bigger than you expected.

§ February 6th, 2010 § Filed under Chapter 66: The Resonant You § Tagged , , , , § No Comments

Looking at the photo, do you feel the resonance of your own being? Something from a memory? From someplace you've been? Or is it new and drawn from reflecting resonance around you right now? Or does it beckon from within? Perhaps calling you to enter this new spiritual space? Perhaps something inside you is open to beginning a journey.

My Sprit Guide, See Do, took a lot of time to explain how our internal concept of this temporal reality is built. He explained how our individual identities form out of our integrated perceptions. And how our internal conscious beings echo everything that our senses consume.

In short, we are resonance. Our conscious beings integrate a world view around a kernel of reflected truth. This truth is assembled from echoing or repeating resonance that we distill from our perceptions. This kernel anchors our self-image. We project an actualization of our self-image out into the world and it reflects back with a positive consequence – this is the start – our kernel has formed. It grows more unified and resilient by picking up resonance of events and encounters. It becomes further integrated as we continue to reflect our internal image and see ourselves as a whole and separate identity from others and from outside events and consequences.

This is your being moving through your temporal reality. You are an individual, discreet being perceiving reality from a specific perspective. Your world view puts you firmly inside you, behind the nexus of your keyhole perceptions, with everything else outside you.

But what lies at the beginning of this process of identity-forming self-integration? There is a point from which we project our world and back into which our pre-integrated perceptions funnel. It is over this point of being that we come to overlay the self. We form an identity out of the sense we make of our temporal reality and use it as the scaffolding or platform for our experience of reality. But what of the singular point we have paved over with our self-aware, eternally self-critical conscious being? What is that thing?

It is your soul.

Behind the conscious thing you think of as you, is a point, a singularity that still powers the whole show for you. The reality you perceive is brought to you, in full, through the graces of your soul’s continual efforts.

Everything you perceive is an echo of your inner alignment between your conscious being and your soul’s inner truths and passions. The world you see resonates through you constantly. At the level of the conscious you, your self-identity, you are continually receiving and integrating resonances from the world you perceive. And as a result, your self-identity grows more complete and robust. The truth is you carry some of the resonance of everything you perceive. Just think about it. It is how you came to perceive them. It is another chicken-and-egg conundrum, isn’t it?

And your soul waits in the background for you to integrate your deeper internal truths and passions into your self, into your world view, in fact into the world that you project, creating new and powerfully integrated resonances that will reflect your deepest truths and become part of you, resonating out into your perceived temporal reality.

Your soul waits for you to move into True Being – to see the power of your truest self. It is so far beyond the stumbling automaton we foist up and construct around our worldly perceptions alone.

Look inside yourself deeply. Free yourself from any long-carried self-limitations and guilt. Find your conscious-spiritual connection. Greet your soul-spirit and learn to work as one. Move into True Being.

This is where we begin to change the world. Please don’t turn away.

You are everything and everything is you. There simply is no inside nor outside. This photo is of an outcrop of rock that exudes great spiritual energy. There is only one energy. And it flows from within. You are your own vortex of energy. You can create a better world. Please begin.

Non-duality. It is the way many spiritual traditions refer to the ultimate oneness of everything. In See Do reality, the idea of the ultimate oneness of everything in this existence couples with the one thing that is the ultimate truth in your spirit.

This infinitesimal point of the one thing paints everything you perceive as the right now. This creation, this now, flows out of your spirit; in truth, is your spirit, reflecting its resonance back into your consciousness through your integrated perceptions.

The world you perceive is a reflection of the one thing flowing out through the filter or lens of your inner resonances. Though “out” is not quite right, but may help in the conceptualization. It all happens as the one thing, in the one thing. There is no “out,” as the Space you perceive is part of the illusion of the integrated perception of temporal reality.

Let’s take another look: The one thing appears to your consciousness as a set of perceptions projected entirely from the one thing’s energies as “translated” through the lens of your spirit/conscious being. Your perceived reality will match your inner truths in direct proportion to your conscious-spiritual alignment with your inner spirit’s higher passions and truths. As you reach True Being, you will feel and see the results of this alignment in the physical and temporal reality you perceive. As you avoid striving for True Being, you will see the randomness of a world out of alignment with your inner truths.

The point is that everything you perceive of as outside of you is, in truth, you. There is only one thing. It all shines through you. Everything that you perceive is the reflection of that shining energy. And that energy does not fragment. It is a singular thing.

The one thing has no limits in what it can give you to perceive. Your spirit-conscious being can create anything. Look out into the reality you perceive. There is great beauty and depth. There is a world of myriad complexity and perceived consequence. It may be harmonious and serene. It may be difficult and confusing.

It may be hard to understand the complexity of the relationships between your reality, your spirit, your conscious being and the many other spirits you might be interacting with. You may be in a difficult place to begin your journey to True Being. Do not blame yourself for not beginning earlier. You are the energy and spirit reflecting back from everything you see. Be patient and begin.

Move to the glow of your inner love, no matter how tiny the light. Build the flame and begin to see your spirit in alignment with your conscious self as you move to become that being who you can most completely love, admire and honor.

It is an illusion of our temporal reality that we perceive a world outside of ourselves. There is no outside or inside. There is only one energy. It moves through us, through our spirit, through our conscious state-of-mind and into our perceptions. These perceptions create a world-view of Space and Time. We perceive a whole reality moving through a flow of Time. We remember a past that integrates with our perceptions(or is it vice-a-versa?). But it all has one source. And it all returns to one source.

We are taught that our powers are small, that our energies are weak, our voice tiny. Look into yourself and see that this is not true. You are everything. You are the one thing. Begin to see your True Being. And begin to see the one thing in the eyes of souls around you. It is there.

Behind this veil of tears that is our temporal reality, we are waiting for you. Come find us. There is work to do.
