In a flash of perception you will see that your world flows from within. You will be riding the wave of creative energy that paints the fantastic tapestry we call temporal reality.
According to the lessons I received from my Spirit Guide, See Do, the world around us resonates from within us. According to See Do, the world we perceive is an expression of the “one thing” painting out through the brush of our spirit. “Our” spirit being the collective spirit of every soul in this world.
The individual spirit or soul within us may be in contact with, or in tune with, our conscious sense of self to a greater or lesser degree. When we come to embrace a sense of our inner spirit, and to develop the line of contact, we can begin to understand our place in the existence of this world that we perceive.
With work, we can clear away the internal obstacles that hold us apart from our creative spirit. With work we can truly become one with this spirit and begin to manifest our True Being in the world. We can forgive ourselves all past transgressions great and small and come to truly love our own being. We can come to be that being that we can most love and honor. We can see our love flowing out into the world and we can see like and loving spirits attracted to our glow.
It may be easy. Or it may take time. But along the way you will start to see the walls begin to break down between what is inside you and what you may currently perceive as outside you. As your deeper conscious self comes into synchrony with your inner spirit, you will begin to see the resonances within you appearing in the outer world that you perceive.
You may feel a harmony with the world, with life and with other spirits. At first, it may be fleeting, seen only in short glimpses. You will come to see that you and every soul around you are all part of the same expression. This should give rise to a great sense of compassion. And initially all of this may be difficult to hold on to. But try and build around the state of True Being within you.
In a flash of perception, you will see that your world flows from within. From within the “one thing” that is inside of you – that is inside all of us. In this state you will be riding atop the wave of creative energy that gives you this fantastic tapestry of perception and memory that we call temporal reality. In this moment, you will perceive the fresh, new resonance of each perfect, jewel moment of time like you are experiencing it all for the very first time. And you will feel the most intimate of connections between those external perceptions and the resonance of your inner spirit.
Everything seems new, like you’ve never walked outside before, never smelled the air, never heard the city’s sounds. This is perfect perception of the now. And it is as close as you can get to oneness with the world. It is as close as you can get to the true resonance of all things.
Here is the true beauty of your instruments of perception and conscious awareness. You are able to perceive and construct a world of incredible detail and interlocking beauty. There are patterns and echoes of patterns that allow your consciousness to construct and hold a whole and complete world-view, a reality that is dazzling. Opening your perceptions and aligning your spirit with the resonances around you can be overwhelming.
The complexity of each moment and its perfection is hard to conceive of. There may be times when you’ll want to back away. But come back. Please rise to the occasion. You will be starting to master this small tool of ours – our spirit’s ability to glow out and be one with the resonances and energies of what we perceive.
It is all coming out of you after all.
There is only one thing. You will come to nod at the thought, as you now feel your presence out in the world right at the moment of perception. You will feel that you are there, just in front of your physical self, almost but not quite, predicting what you are seeing, hearing, feeling. You will be riding the wave of creativity that pours out of the one thing through you – straight into your perceptions of what we call this temporal reality.
Try and stay on that wave. I promise you will love the ride.

In True Being you will see the world in all its incredible and complex beauty. And you will freely act to bring your true passions out into the world. This is the beginning. The simplest instruction. See. Do. This is how you will unlock all of the secrets you thought were kept from you.
As my Spirit Guide, See Do, continued he explained that the other pat of ‘True” in True Being is the responsibility to yourself and to the world. To yourself you will be being True. You will be feeling Love that you can only feel for your highest sense of being. You will know yourself as the person who you can most admire. You will see yourself as a complete and whole being. Everything in you will be understood and accepted. All pasts will be acknowledged, praised or forgiven. And you will see yourself as being fully forgiving of everything that has happened outside of you.
You will be completely capable of extending this forgiving spirit out from just forgiving those past transgressions and bringing it fully into the present.
Here you will be able to entangle True Being with your real-temporal-time view of the world to be a complete and forgiving spirit here in the present. You will be able to see out into the world and make a real-time connection with yourself as you instantly resonate through everything and everyone around you. You will live in the understanding that you are in everything and that everything shines into you. And out of you. You will feel the True affinity for the whole of the universe as you present it to you now. And now. And now.
This effect can be astonishing. You can almost feel naked. And you can feel you are walking around with x-ray vision. You can reach a state of compassion that can be both overwhelming and disarming. You can see into people and have a sense of one-ness. You can feel a sense of understanding and appreciation of the complexity of another’s life. And of having compassion for another’s myriad decisions that have gotten them to where they are in this same instant.
The sense of Truth in this True Being is also in the sense of knowing your True self. Of knowing and acknowledging and accepting those things inside you that you must bring out. Those passions and affinities that are locked inside that you can now open up. These are the energies that will now flow through you. These are the antennae to the soul of the universe that you can raise and receive through. You will present your passions to the universe and the universe will write its wisdom through you. This is your ultimate tool in True Being. This is the pathway, or pathways, that you can most easily open up.
You will be the conduit to the amazing. Through your passion you will receive and transmit out into the world around you the resonance of the living soul of the world.
You are connected. There is only one. Through True Being you can complete the circuit and receive the energy to glow as you may have never imagined. And the path is clearly marked.
You must see yourself completely. You must feel the Love within yourself for that highest being that you are within. You must bring that being out to be the actual you in the here and now.
Making that happen may be easy. It may be hard. You will have to uncover any hidden or buried places in your soul that have been put aside and carried around as smoldering dead weight. You will find them and forgive. You will see every event in your life as merely a truth. Not a punishment or reward, those ideas will have been set aside. You will be free now. You will know yourself. And you will now Love yourself fully. And you will openly express that Love in your glowing out into the world.
You will be hard to miss.
And you will see the world before you and you will take it in as the beautiful and incredible place that it is. You will see what is before you and you will act to bring your passions inside of you out into this world. This is the beginning. This is the simplest instruction. See. Do. This is how you will find the world to be what it is. This is how you will unlock all the secrets that you thought were kept from you.
It will take time. Yes, here in this temporal reality, you will have to be a little patient. You will need to try and reach True Being moment by moment. It may come to you in a flash, it may come in layers that build more powerfully. But if you take care to keep yourself True, it will come. Then you will find an amazing world ready to open to you. All the questions you had will start to appear before you as answers. You won’t even have to ask. The expression of everything that will be flowing through you will play out through you and will answer every question you pose.
This is True Being. True Knowing. True Loving. True Seeing. True Doing. It is all the same thing and impossible without all the others. Take one step down the path. And know that you are not alone.

See how the patterns on this bird's feathers reflect the patterns he creates in his passing wake? And vis-a-versa? And see how his energy projects out before his approach? You will be the same. In True Being you will be one with the world. And you will be running on a new energy.
On Monday, I was able to contact my Spirit Guide, See Do, and he took me back to a concept that emerged in one of our earlier sessions.
In talking about it I became aware that one of the ways I was communing with See Do was during the actual act of recording this chronicle. The subject we were re-visiting was the concept of “True Being.” While writing, the words “True Being” had spontaneously emerged onto the page, with no forethought whatever. I can remember the first time I typed the words, realizing instantly that they needed to be capitalized.
But now See Do was taking me back to the concept of True Being in order to clarify the idea. He explained that this was a very important concept and that it needed more exploration.
True Being is not True Self, True Soul or True Spirit. The word “Being” is not the same as in human being. It is not the noun, but the verb. It is more like True Existing, True Being-ness or True Be-ing.
The “True” speaks to the responsibility we carry in being here and now. It is more than just honesty, though that certainly is part of it. It is “Your Highest Existence in the Present.” This is your most powerful state here in this temporal reality. It is in this state that you are feeling completely free and whole. It is in this state that you are most vibrant and glowing. In True Being, you are open and sending out your truest sense of what you truly want. In True Being, you are perfectly in tune with your inner Love and are letting it flow out into the universe around you. You are also free to feel and accept the resonance as the world instantly responds to you. As you walk in True Being you can feel the wake of your passing presence. You can see the world before you almost softening and listening as you approach.
In True Being you are seeing things most clearly. And you are most open and accepting of what you see. This is where seeing what is before you takes on an active role in the movement of the world. As you see, you take in and comprehend. You blend in everything you sense in this construct before you.
That wasn’t a mistake. It is right, so let’s take a closer look. In True Being you can see most clearly. And seeing is not just visually seeing. It is the word See Do uses as the composite of the real-temporal-time information that we accept into our biological consciousness to then be overlaid onto the temporal reality construct that our consciousness continually builds. So as you look out, what you “see”, to focus on the visual for a moment, isn’t entirely what your eyes sense.
Or rather, it’s more than what your eyes sense. Your eyes take in a relatively narrow scope of the world at any moment. Your conscious mind uses this information to build a complete and cohesive three-dimensional space around you. For example, there are holes in your visual field and your mind automatically fills them. And you are mostly unaware. The blind spot in each eye is an easily demonstrated example.
So in True Being, when you are seeing most clearly, you are really stepping one foot out ahead of where you were before. In other words, you are closer to the real data your mind is dealing with. The sense of this is that you can feel like you are seeing things anew. Like you are seeing them for the first time.
We all experienced this at times in our lives. Often after a big event, a big change or something dramatic or traumatic that caused us to grasp a new perspective on our lives. We walk out in the same street we’ve walked out into a hundred times and suddenly everything looks new. It comes to us as a sense of new stimulus. We see it fresh. And we feel completely alive. In True Being this is the normal state. You see clearly, everything, as never before.
And you hear everything and smell everything and taste everything and feel everything.
For many people, when we feel this sense in life, we quickly tone it down and revert to the “auto-pilot” approach of before. On auto-pilot we let our mind filter out most of what comes in and just “see” the things it tells us we need to see. Our mind can do an amazingly good job of this. And it’s no wonder. The less you need to be given at the conscious level the less raw processing your mind has to do. At the other end of the scale, in a “blind” state you can walk down a city street an experience almost nothing. You can go entirely inside yourself and walk blocks without “seeing” anything.
Your conscious mind is good at this because it is the easiest path. In True Being, your conscious mind is working at a much different level. However, if you are in fact True Being, you don’t think of it as work. Your entire inner self will be running on a new energy and the effort of sensing and seeing will be much more a joy than a labor. Though it may take practice and patience to get to True Being as more than a fleeting state.

Our world is alive and will continue to churn. But like the planet, we must keep our balance. Be true within. Know your love within. Know your passion. Work to see. And act to create a better world. Together, our resonance can do anything.
And See Do concluded the night session, answering my question completely, and giving me a lot to think about. He summed up the evening:
We need to see what is in front of us. And act. We need to see what can be done to stem the suffering. Starting with our passions within. We need to create a resonance to nurture and support our love within. And it starts within ourselves. We must clarify and see ourselves as true and honest to our highest self. We must understand and forgive everything within. We must accept and embrace our passions. We must create and move and love our inner being fully. We must be that being that we would so want to fully love. We must ignite that glow and carry it into the world and see it resonate across our flimsy frame of time to glow back out of and through the people and events around us.
It is our power. It is our responsibility. To ourselves. And to humanity.
As we shine out into each other, the resonance we create will bring our world out in expression of our passion. The beauty within will glow into form and being. And our castle will rise.
The temporal world around us will continue to breathe and flow over the planet, but we will understand its power and we will respect and admire its fury. We can live in harmony with a place of such exquisite expression of pure energy. Its apparent hospitality will wax and wane. It is not a lap cat, but a beautiful tigress untamed. We will give it our love. And our respect.
Because there is more to come. More hurricanes will sweep our coasts. The earth will tremble. And disease will strike. But we must keep our balance as the Earth tries to keep hers.
Many will die in our time for reasons we will not understand. Many more will carry the torment of loss. Our inner truth must be found. We must work to find the love within. To build our light. And shine it into those around us.
All endings and all beginnings are here with us now. We are small and will occasionally get in the way of Earth’s and Life’s greater unfoldings. And we will need to carry each other some distance.
With our energies in resonance we can do anything. Quite literally anything. Start within. Begin your glow. Know your self and know your passion. Work to see clearly what lies in front of you. And act to bring your passion fully into view.
We will see you and shine back. The world is full of help. We are all very nearby. In fact, we are impossibly near. You will see. Our energies are one. There is no Time. But Time is all there is. There is only one thing.
And we have work to do.

A tiny Jasamine flower. Can you look into yourself and see something so pure and perfect? It's there. Now you'll need to find it and bring it out to move the world.
My three part interpretation of the lyric of “All the King’s Horses” concludes:
The next line, “throw down my arms and give my all…”, speaks to the dropping of all resistance to this knowledge and to the power it carries. Knowing the truth, we can no longer in good conscience resist the message. Nor the great responsibility it carries. We can no longer turn away from our power. We can create our happiness. We can create our world in its most perfect form.
And by dropping your resistance, throwing down your arms, you must put aside and give up those things inside yourself that you carry as weapons against your higher self. By that I mean those things that allow you to feel you are somehow undeserving of everything you want in this world. The self-doubts, the buried pains and hurts, both inflicted on you and perhaps inflicted by you on others. The losses and loneliness and shames. Whether slight or large. Whether clearly visible or deeply hidden. You must call upon yourself and whatever help around you that you might need to pull these out and forgive them. You must utterly forgive all of these doubts and transgressions. You must realize your power to heal yourself in this way. You can look square inside yourself and forgive. And forgive completely.
And you must forgive yourself your misshapen and false personal identities. Any feelings that you are somehow incapable of these things or have negative tendencies or destructive, or handicapping qualities that keep you from rising to a greater place in yourself… they all must be seen and forgiven. You must look inside and see. Then you must do; you must act to openly, honestly and sincerely forgive everything. This is the start of your power. And you will feel it immediately.
And having found and created this purer self the only thing to do is just this: give your all. You must see into yourself and create the one being you want to love. Find your passions and see the route to expressing them. You will find all of your happiness in that. And all around you, others will see it in you and respond to you. You will find the true affinities with the souls around you. Once you find this Love inside yourself and set it ablaze everything else will flow from you and to you.
You will be able to look into your own light and see what it is that you most want in your life. What you want to do with your life. It is this in you that your light must illuminate. It is in seeing this, that you will gain the power to create your world.
In short, you must know what it is you want. Because it is to this vision that you will give your all.
And with the glowing torch you hold within you will be able to see your world very clearly. You will be able to look out at the landscape in front of you and you will be able to see exactly what is there. There will no longer be any need for the judgments and fears of the past. The empty hoping will seem almost funny now. You will be free. And you will be free to act on what you see.
And you will see that your responsibility is to act, to do, to bring the truth of your inner passion to life. The energy you will create and glow into the world will in turn set others ablaze. This is how we change the world.
“I’ll be your soldier of Love.”
This speaks to the responsibility to the universe. This is the responsibility and honor of a soldier to carry forth the order. In this case it is the order from within ourselves. We will be true to ourselves and project the Love we have within. And it is not something you pick up and put down when you feel like it. It is not a practice or a ritual that can briefly connect you to some higher spirit. This is entirely within you to create moment by moment. And to shine out into the world around you.
The singer then corrects it with “I am your soldier of Love” as the conversion is complete. This is not a promise we make for some future application. Knowing and applying these things we can now move forward with full grace into the very next moment. And the next. And see and feel the effect. There is the effect on our inner self and the effect on those around us.
“Glad to be falling… for the beauty within… beauty within… beauty within.”
This sums it up nicely. Falling for the beauty within. And it is the endless falling more and more deeply in Love that makes it all stronger, that makes our fire glow ever brighter.
So I hear this song and feel it all. I hear these words and am re-armed. I am a soldier of Love.

Just as you can see inside this cracked shell, the Universe can see inside of you. And if you are patient enough and sensitive enough, you can come to see out into it as well.
My interpretation of the lyric of “All the King’s Horses” continues:
“All the King’s horses… All the King’s men…”
I love the thought that comes with this line. You see, this references the nursery rhyme “Humpty Dumpty”, where the egg character Humpty Dumpty falls off the wall and “all the King’s horses and all the King’s men couldn’t put Humpty together again.”
Here, I see this line as an expression of the power of the truth. Once you know the truth about the world, your Love, your power and what you can do, there is no turning back. Once the truth has broken through your shell, there is no putting that shell back together again. Once you know your power and see your place in the world as a responsibility, to yourself and to the world, there is no climbing back inside the shell you were in before.
I’m free now. I know that the Love within has the power to make things happen beyond anything I had ever before imagined. And just seeing it take hold in one other person; just seeing Susan transform her view of her art, her craft, her view of life, has doubled my view of the power in me.
And I’m not going back. The world is too beautiful now.
“I’m on the outside lookin’ in… over and over… ‘n over again.”
In these words I came to gain a better understanding of the resonance between each of us in the world. This line reminds me to remember that I am not just myself, trapped here inside this one body, inside this one apparent being. That rather, in between the tiniest clicks of what we see as time’s passage, we are spending an equally tiny click as every other being in the world. In fact, our energies pass through, and express, every particle in apparent existence. We have put everything in motion. And as each being, from each of our perspectives, reality seems like a seamless existence moving along a forward flow of Time.
And along the way, we encounter each other. We see and interact with many other beings in this temporal reality. So in reference to understanding my own particular being, I must also understand that I am outside myself, seeing myself from every other possible perspective. In the case of other people, you are also them encountering you.
So, you’re on the outside looking in, over and over and over again. So behave.
Your responsibility to your being extends infinitely. You are interacting with everything.
“There’s no telling where I’ve been… How I’ve returned here… How much I have seen…”
These thoughts expand on the previous line. You have, in fact, been everywhere. And everyone has been you. In this truth there is great responsibility.
As you move through the universe you carry with you some of who you are. The energy of what you feel goes with you out into the lives of others. Just as their innermost energy passes through you. This residual self leaves its trace wherever it goes. And it leaves its strongest effect in those whose inner self is in tune with ours. And visa versa. We feel this all the time as an inexplicable affinity for another person, even though we may have just met. We can feel it for a place, or for that matter, a piece of music, a work of art, even an idea.
Everything that exists has moved through you. And is moving through you. And you through everything. It is happening right now. And you can’t shut yourself off from it. You will feel it. And it feels you.
As you return to be yourself across this next tick of our perceived Time, you carry back much of the world, and seamlessly integrate it into your greater being. With a highly developed sensitivity, you can feel these great movements outside yourself. Sometimes when we are most still within, we are aware of a greater “vibration” around us. And there are places in the world where we can feel these energies more clearly.
We all know this and have felt it many times.
The last part of the line “How much I have seen…”, conjures an overriding respect for the entire experience. You have seen everything, lived everything, experienced it all. Now you need to give back into that eternal cycle the very best in you that you can express. It will be felt. And appreciated. When you let your Love flow out you will notice that others around you are sensing it and feeling an affinity for you and will respond in kind. You will see the cycle working.
“I’ll weave a circle out of sun… Throw down my arms and give my all…”
In this I see the responsibility we face in our temporal reality. The first statement, to me, is a reference to our living in this world where all we perceive is Time. Weaving a circle out of sun conjures a time-lapse image of the sun circling over our world through the days of our existence. Instead of a barely moving bright dot, we see the trace of the sun’s movements through the days and through the coming and going tilting of our view through the seasons. The result is a spirograph weave of bright threads overhead, tracing a thick golden tapestry around our world, over our life.
And each of us will live this life, here in this temporal reality. This, to me, represents the acceptance of this reality as our home. And it should be a proud acceptance. And it carries with it the acceptance of our responsibility here to our inner selves and to the outer world. A proud acceptance and an honor to fulfill.

Forgive yourself within. Only then can you be free.
To look into yourself and see a being you most truly admire, you must be able to forgive yourself all past transgressions against your highest ideals.
Some of us may carry these self-admonitions deeply, to the point of letting them take on a piece of our identity. To be in Love within, you must learn to forgive yourself within. You must learn to forgive yourself completely. This is the true starting point and ending point. As we experience Love, there can be no unforgiven crimes or misdemeanors. Everything must be available and openly forgiven within our selves in order to move forward. In order to move into Love.
Doing this can take introspection and courage. Seeing and forgiving will bring a sense on freedom and release. Taking this power and applying it is the beginning of attainment. This is the power to act for your own better good. Once given to yourself, there is no one who can take it away from you, except yourself.
Once again we are given to see, then do. To see everything within ourselves. To forgive that which we can not change and to see ourselves as worthy of our highest admiration, our highest sense of self-honor, an honest sense of self-Love.
This is how we gain power over ourselves. A power we will use to move toward our brightest ideals.

Be the one who you can most truly admire and honor. And let it shine all around.
Shortly after entering into these dialogues with See Do, one evening I had a long phone conversation with a friend, L, who, at the time, lived in New York. The call centered around L’s recent decision to end a relationship she had been in. It had been on-again-off-again and now she decided to end it for good.
In our talk, L got to wondering about Love, its meaning and purpose. She wondered how it was supposed to work, what good it was, and how unreliable it seemed.
I was trying to help, but admitted not to have many answers, my own love life having lately been less than stellar.
That night, a Saturday night, See Do let me in on the truth about Love. This session, I did not need to ask any questions. It was clear that See Do had been listening to our conversation and decided I needed this information.
He explained, in true form to many of his answers, that Love is not at all the way we think it is. I say we, but the word “I” would probably be more appropriate.
He explained that Love is not to be given out, like some special currency. Love is to be felt within, for ourselves, first. We must open ourselves to loving ourselves, just as we might currently think we are supposed to feel love for another. Or might want to feel love for another. This is our first responsibility to ourselves: to love ourselves and to be that person whom we can love so completely.
We must see, that word again, ourselves as that being who we can most truly admire. And honor. And we can only be completely honest here, with ourselves, in our deepest evaluation. There are no denials, deceptions or tricks of light. This is the real deal, and there is only truth.
Then we must act, to be that being we admire, honor, Love. We must act in every situation at the highest level to earn our own highest respect and admiration. This is our number one responsibility to our selves. This is very important. This is where Love takes its power.
Doing this, feeling this, we move through the world in a halo of this feeling. It glows and shines out and others will feel it. We must continually attend to this and shine it out from inside ourselves. It must be a priority.
When we can achieve this pure, open, true and valued sense of self, the world will react and move before our eyes. People will be open to you. You will invite honesty, trust, kindness, esteem. There is a feeling of breathing life, of being larger than your physical form. That is because it will be true. As you expand your Love within, it will expand without. It will expand out into the world and you will begin to break down dualities all around. You will see the oneness as though it were actually visible to you. You will feel the world as an extension of the good within you. Because it will be true.
When two people feel the power of each others glow, and that their own sense of self is in fact enhanced in each other’s presence, they may be “in” Love. This enhanced sense of self, the growing radiance they feel from within; this is romantic Love. It is to be honored. But will only prevail to the extent that each party tends to their own inner Love, the true source of all Love.
Tending to your self, and being able to feel a true and honest love within is not always as simple as it may seem in these simple words. And See Do went on to explain the heart of the matter.
