In True Being you will see the world in all its incredible and complex beauty. And you will freely act to bring your true passions out into the world. This is the beginning. The simplest instruction. See. Do. This is how you will unlock all of the secrets you thought were kept from you.
As my Spirit Guide, See Do, continued he explained that the other pat of ‘True” in True Being is the responsibility to yourself and to the world. To yourself you will be being True. You will be feeling Love that you can only feel for your highest sense of being. You will know yourself as the person who you can most admire. You will see yourself as a complete and whole being. Everything in you will be understood and accepted. All pasts will be acknowledged, praised or forgiven. And you will see yourself as being fully forgiving of everything that has happened outside of you.
You will be completely capable of extending this forgiving spirit out from just forgiving those past transgressions and bringing it fully into the present.
Here you will be able to entangle True Being with your real-temporal-time view of the world to be a complete and forgiving spirit here in the present. You will be able to see out into the world and make a real-time connection with yourself as you instantly resonate through everything and everyone around you. You will live in the understanding that you are in everything and that everything shines into you. And out of you. You will feel the True affinity for the whole of the universe as you present it to you now. And now. And now.
This effect can be astonishing. You can almost feel naked. And you can feel you are walking around with x-ray vision. You can reach a state of compassion that can be both overwhelming and disarming. You can see into people and have a sense of one-ness. You can feel a sense of understanding and appreciation of the complexity of another’s life. And of having compassion for another’s myriad decisions that have gotten them to where they are in this same instant.
The sense of Truth in this True Being is also in the sense of knowing your True self. Of knowing and acknowledging and accepting those things inside you that you must bring out. Those passions and affinities that are locked inside that you can now open up. These are the energies that will now flow through you. These are the antennae to the soul of the universe that you can raise and receive through. You will present your passions to the universe and the universe will write its wisdom through you. This is your ultimate tool in True Being. This is the pathway, or pathways, that you can most easily open up.
You will be the conduit to the amazing. Through your passion you will receive and transmit out into the world around you the resonance of the living soul of the world.
You are connected. There is only one. Through True Being you can complete the circuit and receive the energy to glow as you may have never imagined. And the path is clearly marked.
You must see yourself completely. You must feel the Love within yourself for that highest being that you are within. You must bring that being out to be the actual you in the here and now.
Making that happen may be easy. It may be hard. You will have to uncover any hidden or buried places in your soul that have been put aside and carried around as smoldering dead weight. You will find them and forgive. You will see every event in your life as merely a truth. Not a punishment or reward, those ideas will have been set aside. You will be free now. You will know yourself. And you will now Love yourself fully. And you will openly express that Love in your glowing out into the world.
You will be hard to miss.
And you will see the world before you and you will take it in as the beautiful and incredible place that it is. You will see what is before you and you will act to bring your passions inside of you out into this world. This is the beginning. This is the simplest instruction. See. Do. This is how you will find the world to be what it is. This is how you will unlock all the secrets that you thought were kept from you.
It will take time. Yes, here in this temporal reality, you will have to be a little patient. You will need to try and reach True Being moment by moment. It may come to you in a flash, it may come in layers that build more powerfully. But if you take care to keep yourself True, it will come. Then you will find an amazing world ready to open to you. All the questions you had will start to appear before you as answers. You won’t even have to ask. The expression of everything that will be flowing through you will play out through you and will answer every question you pose.
This is True Being. True Knowing. True Loving. True Seeing. True Doing. It is all the same thing and impossible without all the others. Take one step down the path. And know that you are not alone.

What creature dared spend its energies on this tiny and beautiful work of art? And at the bottom of the sea? (for scale, the background is my fingerprint pressed in clay) You will grow more fingernail today than all the substance of this creature's entire existance. Do you see the message? It is time to participate in making a better world! See? Do!
My Spirit Guide, See Do, also talked that night about life and the worlds within. How this energy of life is always in motion within us and within all the creatures of the planet. He talked about disease and health and the responsibility to be healthy. To eat and live in ways to prolong life and resist disease. To find peace and to live in a certain harmony with everything around you. And with everything within us.
He said our energies should become full of life and love. They should be steady and clearly glowing. That nothing is better for the health of our life force within.
He said that in the life of the planet, that disease can take hold and move. That many can die. He said we should be ready and able to resist. We should be aware of our health and be living in health.
Everything we do can contribute to what effect these life-movements of the planet can have. Against this infinitely interconnected system we are small and we must be prepared for larger events driven by these forces.
These events and their consequences are all part of living inside this dynamic system of this temporal reality. There are complex forces, large and small, unfolding and refolding. Forces that drive events, with great consequences.
We create our world and it moves around us and through us. We narrowly focus our energies on the tumbling mists in front of us. We try and make out shapes and assemble a life for ourselves. But the greater world is also of our making. It moves on energies that we put in motion. And it moves with force and conviction, with power that interacts and sways everything in our reach. It all comes to us and through us.
The mistake we make it to sit and watch. We can move our energies to create a new resonance of humanity to save each other from suffering.
Here is the new message: Life is not just for our entertainment. It is for our participation. And it is the ordinary as much as the masses that we are responsible to.
And it must start with our own individual ordinary life.
We must take what we have and act according to what we see. Inside ourselves and outside. We operate from inside an illusory construct that paints our temporal reality on a mono-dimensional canvas of Time. Our senses are narrow and mostly limited to measuring environmental contrast, with the exception of color and temperature. But the purpose of life is clear: Using a small tool, we must build a great castle.
You can reach out with a simple idea of what you want and it can come to you. But only if you are freely loving the being within you. If you are honoring your highest ideals and moving to honor your inner passions. We can build with each other, but only with each other, a greater reality to our wishes. A greater reality to a greater good. We now have to create and build a resonance to rock the planet. A combined humanity can stop any suffering.
On our own we can help a few. And mostly after the fact. And we must see farther. We must look as one into the maelstrom of energies and create a resonance to bouy us all. It will take time, but every new hope is a new joy. And when your inner source is true and loving, this new joy instantly fans out into the consciousness between us.
But let us look at what is happening in the aftermath of a disaster like hurricane Katrina. The number of lives lost was more than eighteen hundred. With over seven hundred missing. People dislocated. Families separated. People lost. Lives utterly disrupted. But look inside and take note of what moves the emotional outpouring. Why do we see the number as significant? Why is suffering invisible until is reaches some imaginary critical mass? These events happen all around us.
All around us the numbers of humanity intersect. What can we make of them? How can we not feel confused and helpless? Where can our energies go?
After Katrina, fuel prices rose toward 4 dollars a gallon. People began driving less. If people drive just ten percent less, that could mean that ten percent fewer people may be killed in auto accidents. That would be over four thousand people in one year. Saved. How do we reconcile such knowledge?
Cigarettes kill hundreds of thousands every year. How do we not see the suffering in front of us. Aren’t car crashes and smoking deaths a calamity to overwhelm Katrina? Even a large earthquake?
We may say that one set is innocent victims and the other set is aware of the risks. But what about those left behind? Families separated. People lost. Children lost. Lives utterly disrupted. It is very much the same.
See Do deftly built his case. The world we create is a living and dynamic place. Connected to all things, our place in it is more than mere spectator. Making a better world will take participation. And your most powerful tool is there inside you.

When does your spirituality become more than a beautiful view of the world? When does knowing the truth mature into accepting the responsibility? And when does it take on some urgency? Are we there yet?
For the first time I realize that when my spirit guide, See Do, has said “Time does not exist. There is no Time.” that it has two meanings. Time does not exist. It is an illusion. But also I now am coming to understand that there may be some urgency to See Do’s simple instruction.
I realize more than ever that he is telling me what to do. The instruction is clear and precise. He is telling me what I need to know how to affect the events of Life. Of humanity. He is saying that it is not a game, it is a responsibility.
I have been given to witness many small events unfold. We have “called in” many things. But he says that essentially, these have been parlor tricks. Done to make the point. And now we can all move on to begin to move the world. To affecting the soul of Life. We are all one. Everything is connected.
And so it is beginning. I know that there is so much ahead. Great sadness but even greater joys. It is all here within. Every beginning and every ending. The course to unfold is open to all of us. It is there in our glow within, the light that we must give out in order to come to see the best in each other.
We must see. We must do.
But truly seeing requires a true understanding. And an openness to the mystery. We are all connected. And we will help each other. We are nearby.
There is no Time.
And there is much work to do.

A tiny Jasamine flower. Can you look into yourself and see something so pure and perfect? It's there. Now you'll need to find it and bring it out to move the world.
My three part interpretation of the lyric of “All the King’s Horses” concludes:
The next line, “throw down my arms and give my all…”, speaks to the dropping of all resistance to this knowledge and to the power it carries. Knowing the truth, we can no longer in good conscience resist the message. Nor the great responsibility it carries. We can no longer turn away from our power. We can create our happiness. We can create our world in its most perfect form.
And by dropping your resistance, throwing down your arms, you must put aside and give up those things inside yourself that you carry as weapons against your higher self. By that I mean those things that allow you to feel you are somehow undeserving of everything you want in this world. The self-doubts, the buried pains and hurts, both inflicted on you and perhaps inflicted by you on others. The losses and loneliness and shames. Whether slight or large. Whether clearly visible or deeply hidden. You must call upon yourself and whatever help around you that you might need to pull these out and forgive them. You must utterly forgive all of these doubts and transgressions. You must realize your power to heal yourself in this way. You can look square inside yourself and forgive. And forgive completely.
And you must forgive yourself your misshapen and false personal identities. Any feelings that you are somehow incapable of these things or have negative tendencies or destructive, or handicapping qualities that keep you from rising to a greater place in yourself… they all must be seen and forgiven. You must look inside and see. Then you must do; you must act to openly, honestly and sincerely forgive everything. This is the start of your power. And you will feel it immediately.
And having found and created this purer self the only thing to do is just this: give your all. You must see into yourself and create the one being you want to love. Find your passions and see the route to expressing them. You will find all of your happiness in that. And all around you, others will see it in you and respond to you. You will find the true affinities with the souls around you. Once you find this Love inside yourself and set it ablaze everything else will flow from you and to you.
You will be able to look into your own light and see what it is that you most want in your life. What you want to do with your life. It is this in you that your light must illuminate. It is in seeing this, that you will gain the power to create your world.
In short, you must know what it is you want. Because it is to this vision that you will give your all.
And with the glowing torch you hold within you will be able to see your world very clearly. You will be able to look out at the landscape in front of you and you will be able to see exactly what is there. There will no longer be any need for the judgments and fears of the past. The empty hoping will seem almost funny now. You will be free. And you will be free to act on what you see.
And you will see that your responsibility is to act, to do, to bring the truth of your inner passion to life. The energy you will create and glow into the world will in turn set others ablaze. This is how we change the world.
“I’ll be your soldier of Love.”
This speaks to the responsibility to the universe. This is the responsibility and honor of a soldier to carry forth the order. In this case it is the order from within ourselves. We will be true to ourselves and project the Love we have within. And it is not something you pick up and put down when you feel like it. It is not a practice or a ritual that can briefly connect you to some higher spirit. This is entirely within you to create moment by moment. And to shine out into the world around you.
The singer then corrects it with “I am your soldier of Love” as the conversion is complete. This is not a promise we make for some future application. Knowing and applying these things we can now move forward with full grace into the very next moment. And the next. And see and feel the effect. There is the effect on our inner self and the effect on those around us.
“Glad to be falling… for the beauty within… beauty within… beauty within.”
This sums it up nicely. Falling for the beauty within. And it is the endless falling more and more deeply in Love that makes it all stronger, that makes our fire glow ever brighter.
So I hear this song and feel it all. I hear these words and am re-armed. I am a soldier of Love.

Oak Creek at Indian Gardens, near Sedona, AZ
In the guided visualization session with S, as See Do began to communicate with me, I became overwhelmed by some emotional power now moving through me. And I began to cry. I continued to sob lightly through the rest of the session. The feeling of release seemed most powerful when I would attempt to describe out loud what I was seeing. The reality of what was opening to me would hit me and I sobbed, sometimes unable to complete a sentence.
S continued to guide and help me, as I was turning to putty See Do, before this power. She asked me to ask him “What does he want?” And I said “He wants to help me.”
Through a series of guided and spontaneous questions See Do told me that I need to write. And that the way to write is to flow. To let it flow.
He said that he could control time and that I was heading somewhere, somewhere new, and that I need to let this new thing come. He reassured me that everything is going to be okay. All I need to do is to know what I want. I need to know what I want and it can happen. It will come to me.
See Do let me know that he will be there and that I can contact him. He let me know that when I squeezed my hand closed it would be like I was squeezing his hand. He would be there. And that I have nothing to fear.
He went on to tell me that I need to eliminate the distractions around me. That I spend too much time with things that are distracting me from the things I need to be doing. He seemed to indicate that what I need to be doing is writing. Just writing. And writing anything. That there was something in the writing that I would discover.
One of the distractions he expressed disdain for was alcohol, telling me that it numbed the mind and that I should avoid it. He said I need my mind to be open and receptive and functioning at its highest level now.
As he stood before me, he was as real as anything I’ve ever encountered, but he appeared to the eye as a shadowed, blurred form. He was human, tall and thin. And it seemed he was wearing a robe or hooded cloak, by the simple profile he cut. His head seemed slightly large, probably due to the hood, but I could not make out a face. He seemed more of a shadow. Real but not real. There but not there.
I tried to gain some comfort in his presence. And I tried to control the tears. It felt like my whole body was trembling or shuddering deep inside. As he spoke there was a spontaneous and overwhelming sense of truth to his words. From the first instant, there was no question in me about him or the truth of his statements. They came into my consciousness, not as words from another, but as deep truths from within my own spirit. There was no judgment to be made. They were simply true. I knew it was true that he had been trying to reach me. And I knew it was true he had found me. I knew I was heading for something. And I knew he would help me.
S gently ended the session, bringing me back into her office and back to the reality of the day.
She gave me an herbal tonic to help me with any sense of trauma. And expressed concern and sensitivity for the apparent magnitude of what I had just experienced. As I got up and prepared to leave I felt a strange sense of having See Do exist in the here and now as some part of me. It was like he was inside me here in the world. He was right there, just below the surface of my consciousness. It was a somewhat unsettling feeling.
She talked to me about his instructions about my writing and that words can have power. How sometimes people can access the power that words can have. And how those people need to write.
As I paid for the session, I heard myself say out loud and calmly “Money is not at all what we think it is.” But as I said it, I felt like it was not me talking but See Do. And I told S “I didn’t just say that. That was him. Wow. This is strange.”
She walked me to the door, telling me to take it easy and that if I feel I need some grounding to just stand with both feet on the ground or grass, in contact with the planet, and to let the Earth’s energy come through me and ground me. I said “I hope he knows how to drive a stick.” And we laughed.
She gave me a hug and I left.
The rest of the day I felt a new energy moving through me. I’m not sure how much of it was the effects of the reflexology therapy, but I was also aware of a new presence. I was very aware that I now had contact with a realm of wisdom and peace that I had not had before. That a new world was open to me. And that I had to continue the dialog.
